Made by people who race
Mile-Mark Customs is Cass and Weston de Winter. Cass came to running after national-level rugby and a decade of strength sport. In her first two seasons she ran 2:34:43 at the Boston Marathon as the first Canadian woman, and won the Lost Soul Ultra 100 km here in Lethbridge outright in a course record of 10:03:12.
The wall at the top of this page is hers. We know what a finish time really stands for: the early alarms, the long runs into the wind, the race-morning nerves. That's why every tile is checked by people who've earned a few of their own.
How to download a GPX file
- Use a computerThe Strava phone app can't export GPX files. Open strava.com in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
- Open your activityLog in and click your run, from your feed or under My Activities.
- Click the ••• buttonIt's in the column of icons on the left side of the activity.
- Choose Export GPXThe file saves to your Downloads folder, ending in .gpx. No need to rename it.
- Drop it into the order formWe fill in your stats and show your real course on the 3D preview.
Only your own activities can be exported. For someone else's race, ask them to export it, or send us the race's course map.
Treadmill and indoor runs won't work. They have no GPS route.
Recorded on Garmin, Coros or Suunto? Those apps can export a .gpx file too.
